Summary:

The Dragon Ball Scramble
As Colonel Silver takes off his trench coat, he demands that Goku answer his questions before he becomes angry. Why is he looking for the balls and what kind of radar does he have? Goku tells him that he won't say anything until he says he's sorry for killing his cloud. Goku walks away from Silver, which makes Silver run right past him, snatching his bag. Silver asks if the radar is in this bag, but Goku runs past him, snatching his own bag back. Goku asks why is he trying to make him mad? Silver now realizes the speed of this boy, knowing that his men weren't lying about his incredible feats. Silver now must use physical force to gain the information he wants. Silver gets in a fighting position, telling Goku that he will just cut the air off from him now. Goku asks why he wants to fight him so badly and just leave him alone. Silver goes in for a punch, but Goku just puts up his foot, slamming it into Silver's stomach. Silver struggles to get up, threatening Goku. Silver tries to kick him, but Goku jumps in the air, and hits Silver across the face with his tail. Silver falls on the ground, while Goku walks away. Goku realizes his problem of walking now, since he lost his cloud. He then gets an idea and hopes that these guys have those capsules. He goes in the house and finds some, then goes outside and tries one out.

A robot appears, expressing a hello to Goku. Goku asks what is he, so the robot tells him that he just but a robot. Goku is confused, but the robot changes the subject by saying what is his command? Goku tells him that he wants to go in the direction that his finger is pointing now. The robot then tells him to go, but Goku tells him that he thinks he has to fly there. The robot tells him to try capsule number three, so Goku pulls it out and throws in front of him. A plane appears, while Goku asks the robot if he can fly this? The robot says he can and wants Goku to enter. They get in, making Goku praise the robot on his good work. But, it's still slower than Kintoun. The robot then asks, what is a Kintoun? Meanwhile, at the Red Ribbon Army HQ out West, Commander Red is talking with Assistant Black, about how his army is working so slowly to get him those balls. Black asks for him to be patient, since the radar is not that precise. A knock comes at the door, making Black ask who it is? A tiger man comes in, telling them that there is trouble with Colonel Silver, that the ball they have been looking. Red looks at the radar, seeing that the ball is moving, asking if they have found it? The tiger man says that that's the problem. It's moving towards the North, towards General White's tower. Red gets mad, demanding that Silver get on the radio immediately.

The radio sounds for Silver, which makes him struggle to get up, until finally they have made contact. The radio is handed to Red, asking what the hell is going on!? In the plane, Goku asks the robot if it's getting cold to him, making the robot say that it is just him, since he is a robot. Red has just now heard the whole story, knowing that someone has a better radar than theirs, they have survived the fight, and have escaped him. Red asks who are these people and how many? He then hears words that never came to mind, which is a little boy. Red yells out now that Silver is to be sentenced to death! Black expresses that mysterious odor in the air, making Red say that the only mysterious thing is that Silver became a Colonel! Red then looks at Black, being a midget, telling him he wants him to contact General White, telling him to get ready for a small brat. Black tells him that he will, when Red looks up at him again, telling him to not stand next to him, since he looks like a small fry. Black apologizes and steps away.

North now, Goku is freezing and asking why is it so cold? The robot explains that the more northern you go, the more the temperature changes to the latitude. Goku tells him that this place is good enough and wants to land. Nothing happens, so Goku asks why the robot won't do anything? The robot painfully says that he is frozen now. The plane then goes out of control, screaming to the ground. It crashes, causing a disturbance with the Red Ribbon in the area. Goku is now in the snow, while the privates of the Red Ribbon gather up a team to go and check out the blast. At Muscle Tower, where General White is staying, he is informed of a plane crash here. He then finds out it's one of theirs, so that must mean the kid is on. But then he finds out only a robot is on board, so the kid must have jumped out. General White demands that they find him now and the Dragon Ball. The men understand and get to work, while White cackles at the thought of riding Red of the boy. Meanwhile, Goku is being dragged in the snow by a little girl.
