Dragonball Z Movie 11: Super Warrior! I Am the Winner!

This movie picks up from the last movie, where Gohan, Goten and Goku's spirit destroy Brolli with a Kamehameha wave. The Priest from the local village takes some of Brolli's blood after he is destroyed. He takes it to a man named Jaga Bada, who was deceived by Mr. Satan.. Jaga Bada orders his scientists to take Brolli's blood to genetically engineer a new Brolli. Goten, Trunks, and #18 go to Hercule Satan's house to collect the money he owes to Android 18 for letting him win the previous Tenachi Boudaki. Mr.Satan then receives an invitation to fight the Bio-Warriors (gentically engineered warriors who are at the command of Jaga Bada) on Jaga Bada's Island. Because of his arrogance, and possession of the  "World Champion Title," he accepts.

Hercule, Android 18, Trunks, and Goten take a helicopter to the island. When they arrive they are greeted by Jaga Bada and the priest. Trunks and Goten recognize him off the back. Goten and Trunks then decide to wander off and search the explore the island. They stumble upon bio-Brolli and run away out of fear.. They come back with Android 18 and Hercule. Jaga releases his Bio warriors on Android 18 and the boys. Hercule is afraid to fight them so Android 18 makes a deal with him, that if he pays her another 20 million zeni, she will fight them. He generously accepts.

So 18, Goten and Trunks beat up the Bio warriors. In thelab, something goes horribly wrong and Bio-Brolli manages to escape from his tank. 18 tries to fight him off, but he knocks her down. Everyone tries to evacuate the lab and the island since Brolli escaped, the ooze from the tanks melts everything and Bio-Brolli becomes a walking blob. Even though everyone is escaping, the ooze kills most of the scientists including the priest but Jaga Bada and Mr.Satan are unharmed. Meanwhile, Bio-Brolli continues to fight with Goten, Trunks and 18. 18 gives up after bio-brolli beats her up. Trunks and Goten transform into  Super Saiya-jin level 1 to get an edge over Brolli. Even with the odds against him, Brolli seems to over power them. 18 then reconvenes with Brolli, but Brolli kicks her to the floor and he is about to kill her, but Krillen steps in and saves her from Brolli's fatal blast. Brolli then fights with Krillen. He beats up Krillen and Goten. Trunks is the only unharmed fighter, but since he knows he is no match against Brolli, he moons Brolli, flips him off, and tells him "F*** you" (Because Trunks has a plan to blast the tank with the ooze and kill Brolli.). Brolli gets angered and follows Trunks. Trunks blasts the tank, but nothing happens. All of a sudden it bursts open, water and ooze fall on Brolli and he apparently dies. Everyone escapes: Krillen carries 18 and Trunks, Goten and Mr. Satan escape. Now there is another problem, The ooze which escaped from the tanks is covering everything. Trunks and Goten quickly figure out, sea-water breaks it down and hardens it. Krillen, Trunks, and Goten fire Kamehameha waves into the water hardening the ooze. Then all of a sudden, Bio-Brolli emerges from the sea water over 300 times his normal size, but the sea water quickly hardens him as well. Goten, Trunks and Krillen just fire ki-blasts at the hardened warrior destroying him.
