Summary:

Krillin Dies and the Horrible Plot
Goku picked up Krillin, telling everyone that he has been killed. Yamcha couldn't believe it, while Goku cried in anger over his loss. Kamesennin tried to calm Goku down, saying if he didn't, he would die as well. Te announcer told him that a monster tried to kill him, but killed Krillin instead. Goku erected himself upright, cursing the monster that has killed his best friend. He grabbed his nyoibo and and Bulma to ready the Dragon Radar. Kamesennin told Goku to stop, but Goku had already grabbed the Dragon Radar, yelled for Kintoun, and ran out. Kamesennin then demanded that Goku stop right now! It was too late, since Goku's main objective was trying to find the murderer. He looked on the radar, saying that one of the balls is moving, so that must him! Kamesennin called Goku an idiot, also saying that he hasn't recovered fully from his last fight. Tenshinhan picked up Krillin, saying it is a pity to lose him. Oolong then picked up a piece of paper, saying that this could be associated with Krillin's death. Bulma looked at it, saying it was just the symbol of Ma (Demon/Devil/Evil Spirit) with a circle around it.

Oolong questioned it, while Kamesennin began to get shivers. He asked what she meant and wants to look at it. In his hand, he saw the symbol he had never wanted to see. Shaking, he told himself that it couldn't be. Yamcha and Bulma asked what was wrong, with Kamesennin replying that they are in danger. Piccolo Daimaou (Great Evil King Piccolo) has returned. Bulma and Yamcha repeated the name, with Lunch asking who this guy is!? Tenshinhan recognized the name, telling everyone it is an evil demon who loves all chaos. Kamesennin explained his story, saying that he doubted he was back. Since he was very evil and could have taken over the world, he needed to be sealed up. When he was young and trained with Tsurusennin, his master Mutaito sealed up Piccolo in the denshi jar. To seal up the demon, he needed to do an attack called the Mafuuba, which succeeded in sealing the monster. However, after the attack was finished, his master died shortly after. Him and Tsurusennin needed to get rid of the jar, so he threw the jar into the ocean, knowing no one could get it.

Chaozu suggested that Tsurusennin brought it out, making Kamesennin say that he would never. He knows the power of Piccolo and would never want to see it again. Yamcha told everyone that Goku is in great danger, since Piccolo could probably kill him with just but a glance! Kamesennin agreed, saying he could die. Goku still flew on, closing the gap between him and a killer. Tenshinhan then tells everyone that Goku should not see Krillin's assassin, but Lunch reminds him that he does have the radar. Tenshinhan asks what she means and what's a radar? Kamesennin refuses to answer, asking why did that monster take the finalists for the Tenkaichi Budoukai and the Dragon Ball? Meanwhile, in a giant plane, there sits a very old and aged Piccolo Daimaou on a throne with skulls. Next to him is a minion, that looks like a miniature Pterodactyl. Piccolo tells everyone that once he has his balls, nothing will stop him. Now, three familiar faces return. It's Pilaf, Shuu, and Mai! Pilaf kindly asks if he will take over the world? Piccolo laughs at him, saying that he can rule the world easily. What he is after is eternal youth so he may have great strength forever! 

Pilaf reminded Piccolo that they are both on the same team, since he did release him from his jar and did tell him of the Dragon Balls. Piccolo asked why he said that, making Pilaf go into a request. He asked if it would be alright he had half the world. Piccolo did not like what he has heard, while Pilaf requested instead for a third of the world or even a quarter would do! Piccolo told him he would think about it, making Pilaf very excited to hear. Piccolo then looked down, saying to himself about martial arts. It was the denshi jar he was looking at and said that those who know martial arts sealed him up. He then blew up the jar, saying that he will kill all those who know martial arts around the world, so he may not be sealed up again. Back at the Budoukai, Kamesennin told everyone that he finally got it! He wanted to get rid of all the martial artists of the world, so he may not be sealed up by the Mafuuba. The announcer agrees to that, as well as Tenshinhan, saying that they have to rescue them! Kamesennin then tells him he isn't completely sure. Elsewhere, Goku has finally caught up to Krillin's assassin, saying that he's found him!
