Miscellaneous: The Community: Reviews: Saiyan Revenge
A one word review for this site would be a "content" site. This site has some of the most original and pure info that i've ever seen. besides that the webmaster has done a whole lotta thinking into the website unlike many other. He has put up some of ideas into parts of the site. This is the first site I have seen offering your banner to be put on the site at no cost. This site is a must-see.
Content: Some people may think all I'm looking is for content in a site. In a way its right, but in a way thats also wrong. I am also looking for creativity and interactivity. This site's content is enough to keep you busy for another one month since it has all and I mean all the info that anyone needs. Even though some may be incompleted, I know that the webmaster is putting a lot of effort into the site and I must say, his effort hasn't gone to vain. The content gets 9/10
Graphics: Even though the graphics aren't much, they aren't eye-straining and are good.I have said it before and will say it again, graphics are only a part of the layout and are not such an important component of the site. But then again, a grahic-less site will be dullsville. But this site has the neccessary graphics neatly arranged and not overlaying. I can't really comment on the graphics much since its the webmaster who knows how much trouble he went through. But the graphics have to be rated 7/10
Layout: The Layout is relatively simple and is composed of frames. The webmaster has used frames for his content part and the navigation has been arranged in two rows on the right. The site as a whole is positioned on the left of the page. Some may find it difficult to read but yet again, since the content is in a frame, it will be easier. The avatars for the staff are of GIF type and the GIFs are put on the left of the update. The layout gets 8/10
Script: Not much script to see on the site thus reducing interaction by a good bit. The sites news and updates are done through Coranto which is becoming very familiar throughout the web. This also allows fellow members to update the site without any help from the webmaster. But interaction seems to lack between the staff and the visitors. A tagboard would be good for this site. Script gets a 5/10
Overall: This site is a great site for content and the webmaster seems to still have a few aces up his sleeve. I won't be surprised if he comes up with other ideas he may get. This site promises to be one fo all the content that anyone needs. Its like a big basket which has collected all the info from the Net and put in one single place. But it seemilngly lacks multimedia and other stuff either because the site itself has occupied all the space or the site in need of a separate media host. But I think once the site gets its needs fulfilled, its gonna be great.
Overall Rating: 7.5/10
