 East Kai:
East Kai is the only lady Kai among the four Kais. She looks the same like all the other four Kais in all their unique features like their antennaes and their sunglasses. She is also short and she overlooks the East quadrant of the North Galaxy. She thinks her fighters are strong and can defeat the other competitors in the Other World Tournament. But when she sees the match between Goku and Pikkon, she understands that her fighters are outmatched greatly.
She wears a wig and nobody knows this until a wind blows her wig away. Not much is known about her side of the galaxy. She encourages her prized fighter, Arqua, to defeat Goku in an underwater fight. But Goku manages to eascape the underwater fight and defeats Arqua.
