MAJIN BUU:
Majin Buu is the last villain in the Dragonball Z series to terrorize the Earth. Majin Buu manages to completely annihilate the Earth's complete population and he keeps up to his title as the "strongest villain ever". Majin Buu like many other predecessors has many forms. His original form is a kid like form- the form in which he was originally created. This form is the strongest form than any of the future forms that he takes in the series(excluding the Super Buu forms when Gotenks, Piccolo and Gohan are absorbed.)
Majin Buu's story is long and his mass destruction and massacres occur over many generations and centuries. Making the entire story short, Majin Buu is created by Bibidi and starting from his wake, he spreads his name and he is soon infamous for his destruction, his vast power. But soon, Majin Buu transforms from absorbing one of the Supreme Kais and his power increases a bit, but at the same time, it goes down a bit. He soon also absorbs the Dai-Kaioshin, which brings his power-level down substantially. He becomes innocent like a kid and the Dai-Kaio's pure heart makes him a bit less-evil. This form is the one that appears in the DBZ series when he comes out from his egg. This form is the one known as Fat Majin Buu. This Majin Buu revelas his true power when he beats up Dabura easily, makes quick work of Gohan and Supreme Kai and also regenerates after Vegeta detonates himself. Goku tries to stall Majin Buu by going Super Saiyan 3, but he understands that Majin Buu is far more powerful than that. Goku's Super Saiyan 3 techinique does the trick for the time being, but later on he reveals that, he didn't fight at his full power since his goal was to only stall Majin Buu, not kill him.
Later on, Majin Buu aquires a good heart with the help of Hercule(Satan) and he stops killing and annihilating people. But just when Majin Buu adopts this good way of life, Satan is killed and this makes him, literally, blow out his evil side. A battle wages on between the good fat Majin Buu and the Evil Buu, resulting in the Evil Buu winning and absorbing his counter-part. Super Buu is formed, and a whole new page in fighting history is turned, when Super Buu kills all the remaining population with one single attack.
The new Super Buu and Gotenks, the fusion of Goten and Trunks, fight. Super Buu seems to be holding the lead until Gotenks goes Super Saiyan 3 and the tables are turned again. Gotenks whoops Super Buu pretty bad and just when he comes to the verge of killing Buu, the fusion is over and they separate. But then, Gohan, now after his long training and now more powerful than ever, comes and now he becomes the man of the day. Super Buu cant lay a hand on him and so he absorbs Gotenks and Piccolo, in hopes of beating Gohan after he transforms.
Super Buu is one of the strongest villains in the DBZ series and he is also one of the brainiest of the villains ever faced. He, after some time, absrobs the new powerful Gohan, making Super Buu's power level go through the roof. Noone stands a chance against him, but just then, Vegeta arrives on earth, thanks to the intervention of King Yemma. Vegeta is reluctant and stubborn at first as usual to permanently fuse with Goku, who has been given life with the help of the Elder Kai(read more about this saga in the Saga Guide). But then, Vegeta understands the true strength of Buu and how everyone has been absorbed, and then he fuses with Goku forming Vegetto.
A chain of events take place, leading Super Buu to transform to Kid Buu, the original and first form of Buu. Now unfused, Goku even in his Super Saiyan 3 form, doesn't stand a chance against this Buu. As Goku says, his power, speed, almost everything is twice as it was before. This Kid Buu is almost like a kid, but also knows his true extent of his power and totally rejects anyone's power and overshadows everyone else's power levels.
Majin Buu, in all his forms, has been a difficult foe. Super Saiyan 3 does little damage to this villain, and his powers and abilities know no limits. He can do very strange and yet powerful things, unlike any other villain seen before. Majin Buu is another one of those villains, whose power and fighting techinques, will be admired by even the Z fighters, because he was one of the fighters who actually seemed to be invincible.
