*Note on Creators- if the creator of a set of dragonballs are dead then the dragonballs become inactive and unusable until the creator is revived.

*Note on Wish Level- the wish level is what level of a wish that the dragonballs can grant. The higher the level the stronger the wish the dragonball can grant and can also grant any wish in a lower level, for example, level 3 dragonballs can grant a level 1, 2, or 3 wish.

Power Level- this wish increases the user's power level by 15,000 for each wish level.

Money- upon wishing for money you receive $10,000 per level.

Items- when wishing for an item you may wish for anything that costs $15,000 or lower. For each wish level above the first add $10,000 to this price.

Planet's Gravity- wishing for a planet's gravity to increase will take the gravity of the planet to the next highest gravity on the training page, this cannot exceed 400x Earth's Gravity and gravity cannot be change on Earth. The gravity level increases to the next level of gravtiy with Level 3 dragonballs or lower, with level 4 dragonballs the gravity is increased by 2 levels, and with the levle 5 dragonballs the gravity is increased to 3 levels ahead. To wish for this you must either be the ruler or guardian or have permission form the ruler or guardian.

Raising Statistics- when wishing to raise statistics,such as criticals,evades,blocks,etc, for the first three levels of wishes it raises one and for the fourth and the fifth level of wishes it raises two.

Raising Physical Damage- when wishing to raise physical damage you recieve 2,000 plus to your physical for every wish level.

Raising Ki Attack Damage- when wishing to raise ki attack damage you recieve 8,000 for every wish level.

Raising Desperation Damage- when wishing to raise desperation damage you recieve 5,000 for every wish level and if you your desperation deals damage and heals you its split into half (2,500 for every wish level added onto healing and damage).

Ressurection- when wishing back people for the first two wish levels you can bring back one people to life, for the third and fourth wish levels you can bring back two people to life,and for the fifth level of wish you can bring back three people to life.

Transportation- when wishing to travel wish levels one through 4 can take you and anyone else who wants to go with you to any location but if your using a pair of fifth level dragonballs then you can wish anyone to go to any location even against their will.

*Note on wishes- you can wish for other things not listed on this page but you first must e-mail Odin or Dekin about the wish and they will tell you if its okay or if you cannot do it.

*Note on dragonballs- you can have more than one set of dragonballs on a planet.

*Note on dragonball creation- you may suggest days to find and days to return but wish level is always determined by Odin or Dekin depending on how they see the strength of the dragonballs and the time put into making them.
