Adult Swim sweeping the 12-24 Male audience
 05/23/2003 -- 5:44 PM EDT -- SSJ3Goten
Thanx for the Recognition Sen.

----------

Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block is winning the 12-24 male demographic group against all other programming in its time slot, cable or broadcast. Ratings have been improving since the switch to five nights a week (see "Cartoon Network Ratings Up") and the Adult Swim programming is now beating Leno by 18%, Letterman by 82%, Conan by 26%, and the other competition by greater margins in that demo, with triple the viewers in that group vs. Craig Kilborn at the most extreme. The block currently includes four anime series: Lupin the 3rd, Inu Yasha, Trigun, and Cowboy Bebop, all of which have significant product associated with them.

 05/23/2003 -- 3:44 PM EDT -- Sen
Well, there probably won't be too much being done around the site these days, cuzz i just got about 2 ISP's or whatever you call them , the major projects you get at the end of the year, anyways, i can finish them eisily, but they are quite time consuming, so i'll have to see how i can manage my time, since if i finish them now, i will have more time later to do other things, i don't just want to leave things to the last minute, so as i said above, probably not much coming from my end these next few days, Staff i am still going to be available to upload things though, so don't be afraid to do anything, as if you're doing anything not, with the exception of SSJ3 Goten

No episode defection is gonna stop me, BLAST YOU MEDIA PLAYER, i have finally suceeded it, and have obviosly written up the episode 12 summary. There we go, thats the stuff, turns out is was a bug in the file, so i said screw it, since there was only like 5 mins left in the episode, i went ahead and read the summary at Pojo Dragonball, and got the basic idea on what happened, and then i elaborated on it based on facts from what i had seen, and VOILA, there you have and episode summary, want to read it, here's the Quicklink

 Dragonball episode Summaries
 05/19/2003 -- 9:46 AM EDT -- Sen
Well, as a matter of fact, i don't have another one for you people to read, the problem is...my episode 12 isn't working, so i don't know when the next dragonball episode summary will be out. I've only watched like 55% of the episode, and then it just restarts for some reason. So i don't know, i think i'll just try it again later, and if it still doesn't work, i'm gonna have to go find some other place to download another version, so that it actually doesn't screw up.

Currently under development by Dimps, the same folks who brought you the original Budokai, the game promises..." Read more

 Budokai 2 News!
 05/17/2003 -- 12:30 PM EDT -- SSJ3Goten
"Due in December 2003 on PS2, Budokai 2 adds 11 new character to the 23 character roster, for a total of 34 fighters in all. It's once again cel-shaded; and it features graphics and design similar to the first title. A number of additions should appeal to those who enjoyed the first. For instance, supporting character Bu appears in three forms; the environments are far more destructive than before (showing off, for instance, more scorched Earth areas), and numerous cutscenes of betrayal as well as new and old rivalries.

Budokai 2 is based on the same engine as last year's game. Strangely, in response to the biggest criticism the first game received (which was that there was no jumping attacks or ducking), the designers responded by saying, "When did Dragon Ball Z characters ever duck in the anime series?" Instead, fighters may "deflect" attacks.

Another new addition is Dragon Mode. In it, players select from a roster of DBZ fighters, and Goku and his three-man team venture from territory to territory (seven in all) in search for Dragon Balls. Collect them all and you'll be rewarded with a wish.

And for those who played the first, your Memory Card Save will function in Budokai 2, enabling you to use the saved characters, capsules or Dragon Balls (Atari wouldn't specify).

ALSO: New DBZ GBA Game! Here is info from DBZ On Ps2 also:
Atari revealed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo that it's currently in development with a Dragon Ball Z fighting game for the Game Boy Advance. The game, Dragon Ball Z: Taiketsu is in the works at Webfoot Technologies, the same development studio that's worked on the past two Dragon Ball Z RPG games for Infogrames and Atari.
Dragon Ball Z: Taiketsu is planned for a November release.

No other details or screens were revealed about the game since it's extremely early in development."

 Dragonball, and Movies
 05/16/2003 -- 1:33 PM EDT -- Sen
Well, as i said before, i would have the movies finished before the weekend started. And so i have the movies finished. I fixed the ones that were messed up, and i have uploaded all the pictures to all the ones i have. I still think i need pictures for the Dragonall GT special, which i haven't even typed up yet, and for movie 8. Movie 10, and the secret movie. Anyways, i have also finished a dragonball episode summary, this one is on Dragonball Episode 11, and guess what..here's the Quicklink

 The weekend approaches, A surprise!
 05/15/2003 -- 8:58 PM EDT -- Sen
Well, as i said in a previous post, i would have the movies done, and redefined with some new pictures added in, and i would redo the ones i already did since those pictures are like too big, and everything on the page is messing up, well anyways. That'll be done before the weekend even starts, and then i will probably get into doing some stuff on the dragonball Episode summaries, i just wanna finish the ones i have and get them out of the way, then i might focus more on the dragonball Z end of things. That and more to come soon..except i don't know what the more is yet..OH YEAH the talkshows..well, i can't really think of any funny ideas at the momment, but still i'll think of something, i might just make a comic strip or something, and change the talkshows to comic strips. Just an idea, we'll see.
