How long has this web site existed?
 » This web site started in 1998 as a tripod web site, and evolved from there. It was quite difficult back in 1998 because the Anime community, which this site started off in was quite corrupt at the time, not that it isn't right now, but that era was the worst it was at with all the pop-up ads, and the forced voting, which was the trend back then. It then evolved, and eventually became what you see now.

Your Layout is really great, can you make me one for my web site? If you want me to do something for you in return, I will.
 » Even though the first part of the question is valid, the second part is not because it is already assuming that we have the time, and the energy to make free layouts for people, we have free layouts in the webmaster section, and if there are none there, then we are terribly sorry, but we cannot make customized layouts for just anyone. As you know we barley switch our layouts, because layouts require a lot of work, and if the proper amount of time is not spent on them they will not turn out as good. So for the sake of argument we are going to say no to all requests for making a custom layout.

If you cannot make me graphics, or a layout, what Programs do you use to make your graphics? What programs do you recommend?
 » In terms of what we recommend, it depends on the person, and depending on the seriousness you want to get into graphics, and web design. If you want to go into it hard core, then we suggest Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Photo shop, other good programs are Macromedia Fireworks, and Dreamweaver for they help in graphics, and web design also.

How can i become part of the staff?
 » If you would like to apply for staff and work along with us on this great web site, then check out the staff section, and see what is needed, if you would like to help out in any way that is needed, then send the webmaster an e-mail, and he will get back to you.

What is your policy on partnering after it is closed?
 » Closed means closed, it means that we don't accept any requests. It means that if you send in a request it will not be looked at, and therefore deleted. You can however send in partnership requests when partnership is open, and to see the requirements for affiliation please visit out partnering page.

If my web site is clearly better then one of your affiliates can I replace them even if affiliation is full?
 » Closed means closed, we stress this once again that we do not replace our affiliates. The only reason we would ever drop affiliates is if they violate one of our requirements, or if their web site closes. Then affiliation will reopen, and you can apply like normal.

Can you provide me with free graphics?
 » We are not able to make custom graphics for everyone, this is the same as the layout issue, but we do however have free graphics in the webmaster section, if not then we are sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot provide free custom graphics for everyone. We have lives too, but you can always check out our wallpapers.

What is your policy on just providing a link to your site?
 » This is a very important issue because we do not want to set the wrong kind of impression on people, if there is a web site that has inappropriate material on it, we do not want you to link us. Please read out Partnering section on our policy on linking us.

How Many hits /visits do you generally get per day?
 » A very common question, we do not have a counter, and we do not need one, we do not believe in hits, and visits, and we don't really care about how many we get we are running this web site for personal enjoyment, and that is all that really matters. We don't ask anyone to give us praise, or to come and visit our site. People come then we welcome them, but we do not force or over-advertise. We are not concerned with our "popularity"
