We have changed our policy on partnering as of late, therefore here is our new policy:

For Partnering
We accept requests, but if you are a true fan of the site you will know when the partnership is closed, and we are not accepting any more partners. We will also post in here if it is closed or not. When it opens again we will post about it, and we will remove the text in here that says it is closed. If the partnership is open, then we have a few very simple, but strict requirements that we go by. Do not send an e-mail to apply if you do not meet any of these at any level. You will only be wasting your time, because we will look at your web site very closely, and we will assess it very strictly according to these requirements, but the requirements are easy to meet, so if you meet them then you will have no problem.

- Must have a good, fast loading, clean-cut layout that has some sign of professionalism in it
- You should have something to do with either Anime or Movies
