Dragonaballs

When all seven mystical Dragonballs are collected, a wish may be made. The wish may be almost anything, unless the wish requires more power than the dragon has. Throughout the series, there were three sets of Dragonballs, the Earth Dragonballs, which could only grant one wish, the Namek Dragonballs which could grant 3 wishes, and the Black Star Dragonballs, which were scattered throughout the galaxy.
