Good-Bye
This is my final update. I'm sorry to say, but this is a spring on everyone. I haven't told anyone about this and as soon as I'm done with this, I'm deleting myself off the FTP and Newspro. And yes, the Adventure History is not completed. I wanted to try and finish when DBZ ended, but today is the day of all days. DBZ is done. And so am I. I have made other AH summaries and will give them to you, but it is time for me to move on. I have chosen to work on Tim and SzR's new project without Dragonball to distract me. To see the Adventure History as it is, here are the links:
Adventure History Main Page Android Page Cell Saga Page High School Page 25th Tenkaichi Budoukai Page Majin Buu Page
I have made about 50 comics ahead of time so I could try to finish up the AH, but I'm also about 150 comics behind. With VIZ translating and the completion of DBZ from FUNimation, not to mention downloading episodes on KaZaA, DBZ is everywhere, and what I have been doing is repetitive. I'm not leaving out of anger, mind you, I have no problems with anyone on this website, because if anything, they've all become good friends. Tim especially, who has been the best webmaster I have had through all my encounters on DBZ websites.
As well as working on a project with Tim, I am also working on a Yu Yu Hakusho site. Many of you may have seen it already, but I shall not reveal it, because I would rather have it become popular through hard work and not a cheating or easy way.
I always used to think I was being original, and I was, translating lots of fun stuff for you, but it's child's play for another man out there. His name is Greg Werner, who owns Ultimate DBZ Info and it sells what it promises. If you all enjoyed my translations, you will definatly enjoy Greg's. I encourage all of you to read his hours of labor, since he has a stronger love for the series than I. I've worked seven years on Dragon Ball websites and I feel satisfied with my accomplishments. I hope you all did.
Now, you can check out my Good Bye Message.
This is what I should have translated very recently, but here is the last page of the last comic of Dragon Ball.
Goku flew with Ubuu on his back, asking Ubuu if he was excited, meeting lots of strong people? Ubuu held on with all his grip, saying yep! Goku had a big smile on his face, saying he thought so! Goku then took off in amazing speed with his chi, saying let's get a lot stronger! Ubuu said yes with a booming voice, but Goku was upset. Goku said that's not right, you're supposed to say OK! Ubuu then said OK, as both flew off into the distance. Finally, the narrator has come in, with Dragon Balls twirling around what he is saying, explaining, "This was the story of how the Dragon Balls involved Goku and his friends in a big adventure! This is the end of what I can show all, but... I'm sure a lot of troubles will happen in the future, but they'll overcome them somehow. Don't worry, they still have the Dragon Balls!"
And with that, my time has come. Keep watching and keep enjoying, because joy is our strength, as Goku has taught us.
Good Luck. Good Bye. And Farewell. Peace
