• KI Dection
To understand what KI Detection is you need to know what KI is but simply
put, KI, is one's powerlevel. The two ways to detect someone's KI someone
must use a Scouter or "Mental Sense."
• Souter
The most common form of KI detection is the Scouter, first developed by the
powerful Saiyans of Planet Vegeta. These were very accurate until warriors
began to reach uncharted powers, causing the Scouter to shatter.
• Mental Sense
Once a warrior obtains a certain power level one can use mental sense to
evaluate an opponent's power. This method doesn't give a read out like the
Saiyan's device; it only determines whether or not the warrior's power level
is lower and higher to a certain degrees.
