Saiyanz Rage Reviews Trigun Review <<< quick shots Trigun Quick Facts Name: Trigun Reviewer: Gary Creator: Gary Released: 10/26/2003 Production: Pioneer Animation Format: series / series Genres: action / comedy Rated: PG - Parental Guidence Trigun Summary On the desert planet, Gunsmoke, a man lives that is feared by even his name. The man with a $60,000,000,000 bounty, sometimes called the Humanoid Typhoon; aka Vash the Stampede. After the complete destruction of a few cities, two insurance agents from the Bernnidelli Insurance Agency, Meryl Strife and Milly Thompson, are sent to make sure that Vash does not cause anymore trouble. However trouble aways seems to find him. With just the sound of his name people scatter in fear of being killed, but what is really weird is that when people do meet Vash he seems to be a totally different person than from the stories. The Vash that they meet is one that is caring and dislikes violence. Vash hates the sight of blood and could not even kill a fly, so to speak. Instead when Vash fights he aims at the least vital places to keep from killing his enemies. Trigun Introduction Trigun is defiantely an anime classic. Original artwork and a very well meshed storyline. Character development is also very well done. Trigun Plot Summary Meryl and Milly follow Vash to make sure that he stays out of trouble and doesn't cause anymore damage. However trouble always finds Vash and disaster strikes. We find out that Vash is a peace loving person and would rather not kill anyone. So he aims at less vital areas to keep from killing his enemies. Vash is definately not the same man that has the $60,000,000,000 on his head. The man that Meryl and Milly get to know seems to be quite the opposite. Meryl and Milly dig deeper to find the truth behind the history of this mysterios man. Trigun Animation Summary The animation of Trigun is very well meshed. The creators had a very nice and "original" artwork form going for them. The music was well choreographed with the animation as well. Trigun Voices Summary Whether your watching the dub or the original the voice acting was great. This is one dub that I can say that was very nicely done. The dubbing company that recorded it was Animaze iNC.. Trigun Music Summary A different sound, but definately fitting for this series. As aforementioned in the animation, the music is well coreographed with the animation. Which is a key to making everything mesh together. Gary's Comments about Trigun All in all this is a classic anime that I would recommend to just about all anime fans. My only beef with it is the way it ended.. Overall Score: 7.25
