I guess I kinda said a lie. I said I would make a new layout and I can't, just because of some thing nutcool is doing, and well, making the layout would be useless. SO... I am just going to make us some new buttons, and maybe new avatars.
Guess what... SCHOOLS OUT FOR THE SUMMER! and I'm rejoining the staff with a new name, which will be Saiyan Pimp. I am making a layout for us or a free one. I am also making new buttons for us. I am also making more gifs so nutcool can make a animated gifs section for us... so I will be updating more often, later.-Tony (a.k.a. SAIYAN PIMP)
I updated the Staff/Contact page today since it was lagging behind and it still had the fired and retired members in the active members list. I am sure that people notice that no real content updates have been going on here, thats because I have exams in about two weeks, and about three days after the exams, I would be shutting down the site. But when I get back, I assure you people, that there will be lots of updates going on. For example, a members script, some content updates, some staff openings, some media updates, and all that. Peace out.
Hey, i won't be as active as usual until the first few weeks of July. I'm playing baseball. So, just thought to tell ya. BTW, tony, were gonna miss ya pal. drop by when you get a chance.
PS: for thoes who care, i play 1st base (yes, this last sentence was un-needed.)
Die hard dbz fans will love that there will be a new additioon to dbz merchiandisce. Production of this mechandise started may 15. Such things as ps2 and ps1 controlers will now be DBZ-ified with pictures of characters and shuch. Many things along those lines will be created but only for a limited time. go to www.dragonballz.com and look under news to find ut more.
yes like the subject says, I'm retiring, I don't have any time any more, wuth my site, my friends site, this site, friends, and school work I can't do anymore, so this is my last post, I think. LATER-Tony
Yep, the sequel to the best DBZ game ever made is coming out soon, and this time, the graphics are kinda like Capcom's and kinda on the line of Guilty Gear X2's graphics. But its more like taken directly from the series. The action and fighting sequences look more exciting than the last game, the game seems to be a lot faster, and it seems this time, u can go beyond the storyline of the series. So I guess that means, that there will be Buu, lol. Correction: thats not a guess, that is true, since the trailer on Gamespot shows it that way. The trailer at Gamespot requires basic membership, so in order to save all that time for you people, heres a link from where you would have to click another link to download a similar video. Click here to visit DBGTN.com.
Sweet ass splash and layout nutcool!
From DBGTN, it about the DBZ movie:
FOX is shooting for a PG-13 rating and a running time of somewhere between 3 to 4 hours. They are hoping for the DBZ movie saga to be 4 episodes long (4 movies). Starting in The Saiyan Saga, The Freiza Saga, The Android/Cell Saga, and the Majin Buu Saga.
George Lucas' CGI company ILM has signed a contract to do the special effects. Some sad news, due to casting and scheduling difficulties, filming that was set to begin real soon has been put off until Summer 2004. The original Release Date. Once the movie is finished filming and all post-production effects are added in, this movie may not be out until well into 2005.
As of right now there is no definite title. The most obvious choice would be plain "DragonBall Z", but FOX is also leaning toward "DragonBall Z: Unlimited" or "DragonBall Z: Fight For Man Kind."
Wow, that's some tight stuff! George Lucas, awsome! I can't wait! lol, just like the LOR!
Hopefully we didnt begin being known as DBZU Offline.. lol, I know the joke was kinda terrible. But anywayz, we are back online and back to kick ass. But there are new plans. With about three weeks for the summer vacation(YES!!) and the end of school, I will be going to shut down the site for the summer. Reasons cant be specified, I am sorry, but the site will be back up hopefully after summer. Thats all for now. Staff, you are set to go. Report news as soon as you get them, please dont slack off. This is a re-invented DBZU, so please, get yourselves up and post some news. Thank you and have a great day! :D
Nutcool and felow staff members if you get time, get on msn and lets all talk in a multi im session, or something like that I know most of you probably want go to the site since its down for a week but If you do read this, please on Tuesday, at some point get on msn so we can all chat about what nutcool said, I know I'm not in high authority but I just would like to say this/that.
I am so so sorry. I have been spending a lot of time on DBGTN forums and playing games, that I have completely forgotten to update the site and have become one hell of a lazy ass. I know that I have started sounding like a broken record, but I really am sorry this time. So today, I thought about it and I am going to close the site for about one week so that I can finish my friends website, and also that way, I will have the time to get some time off and when we come back after one week, we will be back to our busy selves. So staff members, be ready for a meeting so that we can discuss all the stuff that will happen from now on and what we can improve on the site. Nothing much going on in the DB community or the media, except DBZ started all over again from the beginning of the Fusion saga. Thats all for now, Latez.
