Information: Legendary SSJ
In the DBZ Series there is a legend of a Super Saiyan with tremendous speed and strength. He is believed to come every 100 years and cause mass destruction. This Saiyan is not showed in the series but there is a movie of him.
The Saiyan's name is Brolly. He is, some people believe, the strongest villain in the whole DBZ Series. But I believe he is one of the strongest villains in the series. He was born with a very unique power level of 10000 which confirmed everyone that he was the legendary SSJ. His father, Paragus had to flee from the Planet Vegeta because the people believed that it was unsafe to have Brolly on the planet. Also Goku was born alongwith Brolly but with a very poor powerlevel. Goku's constant crying drove Brolly crazy and he was a maniac forever.
In the movie, Brolly arrives on earth with his father, Paragus. Goku and the other Z warriors sense a very huge power landing on earth and follow it. They learn that it is Brolly and Paragus. Brolly seems to be normal but he is wearing a think like a necklace on his neck. This is actually a mind control device used by Paragus so that Brolly doesn't get out of control. Paragus introduces Goku to Brolly. Brolly is at first enraged on seeing Goku and his temper rises, but Paragus quickly brings him to sense. They seem friendly enough. But later in the film, Brolly gets completely out of control and powers up enourmousy and goes to find Goku. Brolly finds Goku and Goku sensing his power, realizes the fact-Brolly is the legendary SSJ. Brolly displays his power by turning into Ultra Super Saiyan. This stage is believed to slow down the person but for Brolly this stage had just made him faster than ever and stronget than ever. Brolly is defeated somehow, but Brolly is/was/will be one of the strongest villains in the DBZ series. He is truly a legend.
